What is a good exercise program I do at home?

I am a beginner, but I have to get in shape. With the advent of winter and the limited time space and the money I'm expecting something with cardiovascular and muscle building that uses a minimum of expensive or bulky equipment. I used to go gym to train my figure especially to build my six pack abs. I went no more now since my work day. Now I choose to play with a few light sessions at home after work. Primarily a pair of dumbbells and a stability ball. I found that I can achieve a similar effect especially in my abs and firming strengthen my back, chest and arms, etc … Only play with some simple exercises. Hard training such as squats and abs now no longer play with what I found that really hard and not very effective. They are also easy to damage your back and neck. However, one of the simple exercises I am always in love to play with something like rock climbing that can train my muscles abdominal and back indirectly. It works amazingly! Apart from training, I eat more health than before. Do not say I'm on a diet and I like that too. I just ate health to balance with what I get exercise. So far I am happy with this style of exercise and I am enjoying them. No training every day because sometimes I do feel a little loose, but I keep my alarm to maintain a practice workout sometimes.
