
I would lose a little weight? Suggestions?
Hello. =) I am a 15-year-old girl. First, I'm not fat or anything, but I've become a bit more curves than it was last year. Actually I'd like to lose a little, maybe lose 2 or 3 inches around my hips? That's all you really need. I'm 5 '9''and about 138 pounds. last I checked. I've been improving on the exercise again. Aside from gym class this semester I have, I've been starting to run again (I ran a lot in the summer, but stopped when the school year started, I'm busy!), using the elliptical, stretching and yoga for beginners. My question is: What is the best way to lose weight a little? I am a lacrosse player as well — the season starts in a month or so, then I'll have 2 hours practice and games, 5 days a week — but I would not mind getting in shape beforehand. Any advice on what to do for exercise? I feel very good about eating healthy, I'm raised in a very family-oriented health. Any advice for me? Thank you!
