Fitness Advice – I need to lose weight (equipment, diet)?
Hello, I'm looking for suggestions on creating a stable diet for me and proper fitness equipment. I 5'10 .5 "and 210 pounds +. I have about $ 600 to spend on a treadmill. I was watching elliptical. Any suggestions will help!
SPLENDA instead of using sugar, can be used for drinks or cooking (cookies, cakes, tea, etc) SPLENDA taste much like sugar.
