
I have recently made my goal and moved to the Weight Watchers Maintenance Program. I have been studying the program as hard as I could, and wondered how I could lose almost 52 pounds in 8 months. So I decided to write my Top 10 Strategies. Top 10 weight loss strategies:
10. They have tons of 1 and 2, point is spreads out around the house. So when you get hungry you can only chew on those and not feel guilty!
9. Get support from family and friends. Primarily for encouragement and praise, because its not easy to stay dedicated to a diet.
8. I share my success with my friends at the gym. This has been a great outlet for I focus on what I have to keep doing.
7. I have read and ebooks using Weight Watchers online. I am of analysis, mostly, and reading information with clear examples is great! Not to mention the recipes and meal plans I received from the weight watchers ebooks.
6. In my area we have weekly meetings of weight watchers. I strive to attend all of these as I think a strong support group is a must to succeed.
5. I weigh and measure my food. I go overboard with this, but it really helped me to lose my portions of food.
4. Tracking my points. I write what I eat. Take a food diary in hand with all their points. Remember, "what type bite.
3. I exercise 5 times a week. I started a cardio workout the same day I joined Weight Watchers and I know he has made a big difference. Its not just your diet, but also how to exercise.
2. I found a partner to perform with me. He works with me, going to a meeting with me and keep a food diary to me. Having someone by my side all the time was definitely a motivator, because if I missed a workout I felt like I was failing. It keeps you accountable!
1. I decided to join Weight Watchers. I had heard many success stories about Weight Watchers and after putting on 50 pounds over 2 years, I decided it was time to act. One of the best decisions of my life! Here are some of the eBooks that I have read and helped me tremendously.
